# Ich finde einen Auftrag nicht mehr – wo ist er?

1. Nutze die **globale Suche** oben: Du kannst nach Kundenname oder Jobnummer suchen.
2. Prüfe das **Datum** in der Auftragsübersicht – der Auftrag kann auf einen anderen Tag verschoben worden sein.
3. Prüfe den **Standort**, falls du mehrere Apotheken hast.
4. Erledigte Aufträge findest du nach der Archivierungsfrist in der **Dokumentation**.
