# Ich kann einen Auftrag keiner Tour hinzufügen

- **Adresskonflikt:** Aufträge ohne gültige Adresse können nicht eingeplant werden (→ [Was bedeutet ein Adresskonflikt und wie löse ich ihn?](https://hilfe.apomap.de/de/article/faq-02-1wrc5w0/)).
- **Falscher Reiter:** Neue Aufträge fügst du einer laufenden Tour über die **aktive Tour** hinzu. apomap schlägt dir vor, an welchem Stopp der Auftrag am besten passt; der Fahrer bekommt eine Mitteilung.
- **Anderer Standort:** Auftrag und Tour müssen zur selben Apotheke gehören.
