# Was bedeutet „Klärung“?

Ein Auftrag **In Klärung** braucht deine Entscheidung, bevor es weitergeht. Dort landet er auf zwei Wegen: automatisch nach einer fehlgeschlagenen Zustellung, wenn „Fehlgeschlagene Lieferungen erfordern Freigabe“ aktiv ist, oder weil du ihn selbst auf In Klärung gesetzt hast. Kläre mit dem Kunden, wann er erreichbar ist, und plane den Auftrag dann neu ein oder schließe ihn ab.
