# Alternative delivery – neighbour, safe place, letterbox

The customer isn't home but has allowed you to leave the parcel somewhere else? Then use alternative delivery.

1. At the customer, tap the **person icon** (alternative delivery) next to **Deliver**.
2. Under **Where is the parcel being left?**, choose:
   - **With a neighbour:** Enter the **neighbour's name**.
   - **Safe place:** e.g. garage or terrace.
   - **Letterbox:** if the parcel fits in the letterbox.
3. Optional: enter an **alternative address**, e.g. the neighbour's house number.
4. Handle payment, signature, photo and note as for a normal delivery.
5. Tap **Confirm handover**.

|| Tip: Always take a **photo** for a safe place and the letterbox. That way the pharmacy can show later where the parcel was left.
