# aposoft

In a few steps, we explain here how to set up the integration between the aposoft pharmacy management system and apomap:

||| Important: These steps can be carried out on ANY workstation. The integration has to be activated by aposoft – feel free to contact apomap about this.

1. Open the system parameters in aposoft (System - Systemparameter).
2. Open parameter P34. There you'll find the export to apomap.
3. Tick *Datenübertragung an apomap* (data transfer to apomap).
4. The API key is created directly in your apomap account.
5. Go to Settings.
6. Go to *Integrations*.
7. At the top, select the pharmacy location you want to set up the integration for.
8. Next to pharmacy management system, click *Add*.
9. Enter a name to remember it by (e.g. the name of the pharmacy or the location).
10. Click *Create integration*.
11. A token is now shown. Copy it and paste it into the system parameters.
12. In apomap, click the copy icon next to your integration to copy the ID.
13. Enter this in the system parameters as well.
14. In aposoft, click *speichern* (save).
15. Your integration is now working.
