# awinta PROKAS

In a few steps, we explain here how to set up the integration between the pharmacy management system and apomap:

### Set up the integration

1. Download the apomap Connector to your server. You'll find the [download link here.](https://workdrive.zohopublic.eu/external/34ac1869a2cb72137a7ad1bba30b4405a9b04d58303dfe71152f54718da28fcb?layout=list)
2. Start the downloaded .exe file with a double click.
3. If you get the message when opening the file, don't tick "Always ask before opening this file".
4. Now select your till system.
5. Check the folder path that is set and adjust it if necessary.
6. Copy the adoption key that is shown.
7. Now go to apomap.io and open: **Settings → Integrations**
8. At the top, select the pharmacy location you want to add a new integration to.
9. Next to "Pharmacy management system", click "Add" and choose your system.
10. Give the integration a name – ideally the name of the pharmacy.
11. Enter the adoption key you copied earlier in the "Adoption code" field.
12. Check that the sync path is entered correctly: ***\Sxxxxx-xx*\plattes\APOMAP** \*
13. Now click "Create integration". Your integration is now active and working.

### Management & status

In the apomap Connector you can check the status of your integration at any time and see how much data has already been transferred.
If old integrations are already installed on the system, the apomap Connector detects them automatically during the new installation. You can then remove old integrations with a single click.

### Uninstalling the integration

1. Open the apomap Connector.
2. Scroll all the way down in the window.
3. There you'll find the option to uninstall the integration.
4. Start the uninstallation with a click and follow the further steps.
