# Your first tour

This is how a tour works in apomap – from the order to the settlement, in five steps.

Here you can see the whole process once. Each step links to a detailed guide. The first time, it takes about 15 minutes.

1. **Provide orders.** If your integration is set up, your delivery orders come from the till automatically. 2. **Pack.** Pack the goods and set the order to **Packed**. That way everyone on the team knows it can go on the tour. → [How do I use pack mode?](https://hilfe.apomap.de/en/article/wie-verwende-ich-den-packmodus-1c0iim0/)
3. **Plan the tour.** Open **Tour planning** and tick the orders that should go on the tour. It's faster with scan mode: above the order list, click the scan icon next to the + and scan the receipts from your pharmacy management system or the apomap labels. Then click **Plan tour**. 4. **Drive the tour.** Your driver sees the tour immediately in the driver app. They start it, collect the parcels and are navigated from stop to stop.
