# I can't find an order any more – where is it?

1. Use the **global search** at the top: you can search by customer name or job number.
2. Check the **date** in the order overview – the order may have been moved to another day.
3. Check the **location** if you have several pharmacies.
4. Completed orders can be found in the **Documentation** after the archiving period.
