# The driver can't complete the tour

If **Enforce complete tour processing** is active, the driver can only finish the tour once every stop has been processed – i.e. delivered or marked as not home.

1. Ask the driver to check whether a stop is still open.
2. If a parcel is no longer in the car, clarify the stop and mark it accordingly.
