# My temperature tracker is offline or not sending values

1. Check that the tracker is charged.
2. Under **Settings → Pharmacy management system & platforms → apomap Tracker**, check that the access details have been entered.
3. Without mobile reception (e.g. in underground car parks), the tracker stores the values and uploads them as soon as it has reception again. So no readings are lost.
4. If it stays offline permanently, message us in the chat with the tracker's **serial number**. You'll find it on the back of the device.
