# I forgot my password

- **On the sign-in page:** You can reset your password yourself there.
- **You're still signed in:** Click your name at the bottom left → **Reset password**. You set the new password directly, without any email.
- **Staff and drivers:** An admin opens **Settings → Staff & drivers**, clicks the menu icon next to the person and chooses **Reset password**.
- **Admin without access:** Contact us via the chat.
