# I can't see my driver's location

**Common causes:**

- The driver hasn't started their tour yet.
- The app isn't allowed to access the location.
- The phone is in battery-saving mode and closes the app in the background.
- The phone currently has no internet connection.

**What to do:**

1. Ask the driver to check whether the tour has been started in the app.
2. In the phone settings, allow location access for apomap and turn on **Precise location**.
3. Turn off battery-saving mode and don't swipe away or close the app during the tour.
4. Check mobile data. Without a connection, the position is sent as soon as there is reception again.
