# How do I print labels for my bags?

With the apomap label printer you print labels for your orders and for whole tours. You can scan both later, just like a receipt from the pharmacy management system.

## Print labels for several orders

1. In the **order overview** or **tour planning**, tick the orders, or scan them in scan mode.
2. At the bottom, click **Select action → Print**.
3. Stick the labels on the matching bags.

## Print a tour label

You can also print a label for a whole tour. With it you attach orders to the tour by scanning, for example with the apomap Terminal:

1. Open the tour via the **ⓘ** in tour planning.
2. Click the **Print label** icon at the top right and stick the tour label on, for example, the box for this tour.
3. Use the Terminal to scan the orders that should go on the tour.
4. Then scan the tour label. The scanned orders are added to the tour.

Next to it you'll find the **Print** icon. With it you print the **tour list as a PDF**, for example as a paper backup for your driver.

|| Tip: Labels are especially worthwhile if your pharmacy management system doesn't print a receipt with a barcode, or for orders you created by hand in apomap.
