# What do I do with orders that weren't delivered?

Customer not home, tour got too long, or an order overlooked? Simply replan undelivered orders, by hand or automatically.

## Automatically to the next day

apomap can automatically move all unfinished orders to the next day every day.

1. In the menu on the left, click **Settings**.
2. Open **Automatic order scheduling**.
3. Activate **Automatically replan orders from the previous day**.
4. Under **Time of the move**, choose when apomap should move the orders. The default is 23:59.

apomap then moves all open and packed orders that weren't delivered to the next day every night. They keep their status, and you simply plan them again in the morning.

## Replan by hand

1. Find the orders in the **order overview**. Failed deliveries are in the **Done** tab or via the **Status** filter.
2. Open the order, click the **pencil icon** and change the **delivery date**. For several orders at once, use **Select action → Bulk edit**.
3. If needed, set the status back to **Packed** or **Open**.
4. Plan the order into a tour. → How do I plan a tour? (Tour planning category)

## Orders in clarification

If **Failed deliveries require approval** is active, an undelivered order is set to **Clarification**. Clarify with the customer how to proceed: new delivery date, collection at the pharmacy or cancellation. Then set the matching status, for example **Packed** for a new delivery or **Collected**. → Which statuses are there and how do I change them? (Orders category)

|| Tip: On the **dashboard** you see every morning how many orders are in clarification.
