# Update 02.11.2026 – Multiple time windows and bulk editing

With this update you can plan orders with several time windows, edit many orders at once and book out with ADG directly from apomap.

## New

* **Several time windows per order:** Delivery, pickup and collective orders can have several time windows on the same day, e.g. 08:00–12:00 and 14:00–17:00. This lets you reflect lunch breaks or split opening hours directly in the order. → How do I set multiple time windows for orders and favourites?
* **Time windows per weekday for favourites:** For each favourite you can enter separate time windows for each weekday – for example, for a practice that is open mornings and afternoons on Mon/Tue/Thu but only mornings on Wed and Fri. You no longer need duplicate favourites. Days without their own time window use your default times (earliest/latest delivery).
* **Copy time windows to other days:** With **Copy to** you transfer a weekday's time windows to individual days, or with **All days** to the whole week.
* **Automatically applied to the order:** If you choose a favourite when creating an order, apomap applies the time windows that match the delivery date. Changes in the order only apply to that order.
* **Route optimisation with several time windows:** Optimisation chooses the right time window for each stop and plans the sequence so that all windows are met – also across several locations and for deliveries, pickups and collective orders.
* **Pickup times per location in tour planning:** When creating a tour, under **Advanced settings** you can specify for each pharmacy involved the earliest and latest time the goods may be picked up. The setting only applies to this tour.
* **Bulk editing of orders:** Select several orders, choose **Select action → Bulk edit** at the bottom and change priority, narcotics (BTM), Rx, refrigeration, delivery date or time windows for all of them at once. Fields you don't touch stay unchanged. → How do I edit several orders at once?
* **CSV upload of favourites with address check:** When uploading, apomap checks all addresses. If one isn't found, you correct it directly in the upload without editing the file again.
* **Tracking contact per pharmacy:** Under **Settings → Pharmacies → Edit** you can enter a phone number, WhatsApp and email for each location. Your customers see the contact in the shipment tracking. Replies to a tracking email go to the email address you entered. → How do my customers get shipment tracking?
* **Bidirectional ADG integration:** For pharmacies with ADG A3000 and the new till interface, the till and apomap work together in both directions: orders come from the till, the delivery status appears in the ADG history, and you can book out or jump straight to the till with **Show in ADG**. Requirement: ADG KassenApp version 1.175.0 or later. ADG S3000 will follow.
* **Tour settlement with ADG booking:** In the tour settlement you can book all cash-paid and all card-paid orders of a tour into ADG with one click each. → How do I book out with ADG in one click?

## Improved

* **New dashboard:** Open, in-progress, completed and to-be-clarified orders (compared with the previous day), notices such as address conflicts, upcoming deliveries per pharmacy, temperature trackers and all tours with driver and stops at a glance. **Quick actions** take you straight to the most important actions. → What can I do on the dashboard?
* **Reworked CSV export in the documentation:** Restructured and extended with fields such as time window, planned time, tour, driver, payment status, delivery attempts and cancellation reason. The columns have easy-to-understand German names. → How do I export orders as CSV?
* **Your organisation's time zone:** Statistics, the dashboard and CSV exports consistently use your organisation's time zone.
* **Time window check before tour planning:** Before planning, apomap checks all time windows, including when selecting with the lasso. Conflicts are listed directly (the first ten).
* **Empty tour without a driver:** You can now create an empty tour without a driver.

## Fixed

* Tour automations and order rules run reliably again.
* Improved several details when creating orders and changing time windows.
