# Update 07.01.2026 – Favourites with tags and team chat

With this update you can organise favourites with tags, filter orders more precisely, chat with your team and use a new documentation view.

## New

* **Tags for favourites:** Add tags to favourites, e.g. by tour type, region or customer group. When selecting favourites for recurring tours you can filter by tag. → How do I create and manage favourites?
* **New order filters:** Filter by note, payment method and amount due. → How do I search and filter orders?
* **Assign orders on the map:** Assign orders to a tour directly in the map view. → How do I plan tours on the map?
* **Team chat:** Chat with your pharmacy team directly in apomap. The driver app will follow with an app update. → How do I use the chat?
* **New documentation view:** Tables for orders and tours with better filters, including payment method and note. → How do I find past orders and tours?
* **Upload a profile picture:** Upload your own profile picture in the user area. → Profile and password

## Improved

* **Tours by start time:** Tours are sorted by start time.
* **Plan tours in the future:** Empty tours are planned for the date you selected in the calendar.
* **Recurring tours:** Now also support central delivery.
* **Map:** New icons, a colour per tour and better positioned, more readable pop-ups.
* **After you create an order** it appears straight under **Open**, and a message confirms it was created.
* **Chat:** Better loading indicator for file uploads.
* **Messages:** Success messages and notices have a consistent, clearly visible design.
* **Technology:** More safety when rolling out new versions.

## Fixed

* Fixed an error when selecting the location in recurring tours.
