# Update 19.11.2025 – Tracking links and CSV upload

With this update you can import orders via CSV, your customers get redesigned tracking links, and you can select orders with the lasso directly on the map.

## New

* **CSV upload for orders and favourites:** Import orders and favourites from a CSV file – ideal for larger amounts of data. Columns and categories are detected automatically. → How do I add orders from a CSV file?
* **Redesigned shipment tracking:** Tracking links and tracking emails for your customers have a new design. → How do my customers get shipment tracking?
* **Add orders to collective orders:** In the order list you can assign several orders to an existing collective order at once. → How do I create a collective order?
* **Lasso tool:** Draw around orders on the map to select them together. Selected orders get a tick. → How do I plan tours on the map?
* **Several tours on the map:** Open several tours at once; they are shown in different colours.
* **Tour and order counters:** The tabs show how many orders and tours there are. New tours get a "New" badge.
* **Print a tour:** Print a tour directly from the detail view.
* **Map in the order details:** The order details show a map with the location.
* **New registration page** with clear feedback on input errors. → Getting started – registering with apomap

## Improved

* **Dashboard:** Jump straight from the dashboard into tour planning.
* **Recurring tours:** A driver is now optional, and changes work more reliably.
* **Empty tours:** Drivers and vehicles are checked more reliably.
* **Drivers on the map:** Shown with name and profile picture; the markers are easy to see without getting in the way.
* **Pop-ups** for orders are consistent and clearer.
* **Filters** in the order list are kept when the page is reloaded and also apply to the counters.
* **Time zones:** Delivery windows are processed consistently.
* **Favourites search** responds more smoothly.
* Orders in active tours can no longer be deleted.
* Users with a driver-only role get a suitable message when signing in to the web interface.

## Fixed

* Fixed errors when editing, splitting up and deleting collective orders.
* The note to the driver is saved reliably.
* Fixed errors when creating empty tours (e.g. invalid start time).
* The history view shows changes reliably again.
* Fixed errors in the order detail view and in vehicle selection.
* Various minor fixes in the interface and texts.
