# Update 23.04.2026 – Tracker on the order and parcel count

With this update you can link temperature trackers directly to orders, enter the number of parcels and benefit from more reliable tour planning.

## New

* **Tracker on the order:** You can link temperature trackers directly to individual orders or collective orders, so the cold chain is fully documented on the order. → How do I attach a tracker to a tour or an order?
* **Parcel count per order:** Optionally enter how many parcels an order consists of.
* **Structured driver notes:** Driver notes are shown by type with a label.
* **Additional permissions for staff:** Staff can be given additional permissions, e.g. to synchronise data from Shop Apotheke. → Adding staff and drivers and assigning roles
* **Change your plan yourself:** Under **My account** you can switch between monthly and yearly payment yourself. → My account – plan, payment method, invoices and DPA

## Improved

* **Route planning:** Several orders to the same address are planned directly one after the other.
* **Change the start time afterwards:** You can adjust the start time of a prepared tour afterwards.
* **Address lookup:** If one map provider can't find an address, apomap automatically switches to the next provider.
* **Automatic label printing** is finished and fully ready to use. → What's on the label? – Setting label contents

## Fixed

* The map no longer re-centres while you're working with it.
* Completed orders can no longer be accidentally assigned to new tours.
* Removed duplicate entries in the tag dropdown; tags are correctly carried over from favourites to recurring tours.
* Automations no longer accidentally add orders to running tours.
* The background process for alarms runs stably again.
