# What is an address conflict?

If an order is highlighted in yellow, apomap couldn't find its address unambiguously. Correct it so that you can plan the order into a tour.

## Where can I see address conflicts?

- In the **order overview** and in **tour planning**, the order is highlighted in **yellow** and has an exclamation mark at the front.
- On the **dashboard**, a notice at the top shows how many orders have an address conflict. Click it to correct them directly.
- Via the filter: **filter icon → Advanced → Address conflict → Show conflicts**.

## How to resolve an address conflict

1. Click the **exclamation mark** at the front of the order. You see the address as it was transferred.
2. Check apomap's **address suggestions** and choose the right one.
3. Click **Save**.

If none of the suggestions fit, enter the address yourself under **Enter address manually** at the bottom, choose it from the list and click **Save**.

The order is then no longer yellow, and you can plan it into a tour.

|| Tip: If the same customer keeps having an address conflict, check the address in your pharmacy management system. Write out abbreviations and add the postcode. Then it will arrive correctly next time.
