# What can I do on the dashboard?

The dashboard shows you at a glance how your delivery service is doing today – orders, tours, trackers and messages.

The dashboard is your start screen. Open it via **Dashboard** at the very top of the menu. The figures update automatically; at the top you can see when they were last updated. The arrow icon next to it reloads them immediately.

## Notice for address conflicts

If there are orders with an address that apomap can't find, a notice appears at the top. Click it to correct the addresses directly. Only then can you plan these orders into a tour.

## Your orders at a glance

The four boxes at the top show how many orders are currently in which status:

- **Open:** Orders still waiting for a tour. Next to it you see how the number has changed compared with yesterday.
- **On the way:** Orders currently on their way to the customer.
- **Completed:** Orders delivered today.
- **Clarification:** Orders where it's unclear how to proceed, for example because the customer wasn't home several times. You should take a look at these.

## Upcoming deliveries

Here you see how many deliveries are still to come. If you have several locations, the chart shows how they're distributed across your pharmacies.

## Temperature trackers

If you use temperature trackers, you see here how many are currently online, offline or outside their temperature range. Below, each tracker is listed with its target range, battery level and current temperature.

## Planned and running tours

All of the day's tours with driver, start time, status and number of stops. Click a tour to open its details. The status shows how far the tour has been prepared:

- **Prepared:** The tour still has orders attached that aren't planned into the route. Optimise the tour before the driver sets off.
- **Ready:** All orders have been optimised into the route. The driver can set off.

## Message centre

This is where apomap collects the messages from the last 60 minutes – for example alarms and all-clears from your temperature trackers, or a finished report ready to download. The **x** removes a message, **Clear all** removes all of them.

## Quick actions

**Quick actions** at the top right take you straight to the most important tasks:

- **Create new order**
- **Show all orders**
- **Open route planning**

![The quick actions](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/-/3/0/8/b/308b716797d12800/01-a6-dashboard-schnellaktione_tsraej.png =400xauto)

## Your plan

To the left of the quick actions is your current plan. Click it to see how many optimisations you've already used in your plan and when your subscription renews. **Manage plan** lets you change your plan.

How optimisations are counted: each order that apomap optimises in a tour counts once. If you optimise a tour with 3 stops, that's 3 optimisations. If you then add an order and optimise again, another 4 are added.

|| Tip: Moving orders into or out of a tour by hand doesn't use any optimisations.
