# Tour planning at a glance

In tour planning you see your orders on the left and your tours on the right. This is where you plan all of the day's tours.

Open it via **Tour planning** in the menu on the left. You choose the day you're planning in the **date** at the top right.

## Left: your orders

The order list works just like the order overview: tabs by status, search, filter, and at the top right the icons for CSV upload, **scan mode** and **+** for a new order. → What do I see in the order overview?

## Right: your tours

- **Planned:** Tours that have been created but not yet started
- **Active:** Tours your driver is currently driving
- **Completed:** Tours that have already finished

Above them you can search tours by name or filter by driver.

## The tour card

Each tour shows its name, start time, driver and how many orders have already been delivered, for example "0 / 4". The **arrow** on the right expands the tour so you see all stops with their planned arrival time. Next to it you'll find these icons:

- **Arrow circle (blue):** Re-optimise the tour → Prepared or ready: when do I need to re-optimise?
- **Bin:** Delete the tour
- **Thermometer:** Attach a temperature tracker to the tour
- **ⓘ:** Open the tour detail view

## The icons at the top right

- **Chart:** Creates a daily report as a PDF with tours driven, drivers, locations, takings, average distance per tour and punctuality.
- **+ (Plus):** Creates an empty tour. → How do I use empty tours?

## Show map

At the bottom right, **Show map** displays the map. There you see all orders and the routes of your tours. → How do I plan tours on the map?
