# What do I do if a customer collects their delivery?

Sometimes a customer comes to the pharmacy themselves after all. Then set their order to "Collected" so that it no longer goes on the tour.

## Set an order to "Collected"

1. Open the **order overview** and find the order, for example by name.
2. Click the status on the right of the row.
3. Choose **Collected**.

The order disappears from the open orders and appears in the **Done** tab. You can find it again at any time using the search.

## The order is already in a tour?

You can still set it to "Collected". Click the **three dots** on the order – either in the order overview in the **In tour** tab or in **Tour planning** when you expand the tour on the right. Choose **Collected** there. The order is removed from the tour, and your driver no longer has to go to the address.

## Set to "Collected" by mistake?

1. Open the **Done** tab and find the order.
2. Click its status and set it back to **Packed**.

The order is back with the open orders, and you can plan it into a tour.
