# What do I see in the order overview?

The order overview lists all of your pharmacy's orders – sorted by status, searchable and filterable.

Open it via **Order overview** in the menu on the left.

## The tabs at the top

**Open**, **Packed**, **In tour**, **Done** and **All**. The number next to each shows how many orders are currently in that status. → Which statuses are there and how do I change them?

## The icons at the top right

- **Combine open and packed:** Shows open and packed orders in one list.
- **Upload:** Imports orders from a CSV file.
- **Scan mode:** Scan receipts from your pharmacy management system or apomap labels to select orders quickly.
- **+ (Plus):** Creates a new order by hand.

## Search, pharmacy, sort order and filter

Use the search field to find orders by name, address or job number. Next to it you choose which **pharmacy** you want to see and how the list is **sorted**, for example "Newest". The **filter icon** narrows the list down further. Active filters appear as chips below the search field; the x removes them. → How do I search and filter orders?

## The list

Each row is an order. You see:

- **Icon:** the type of order (delivery, pickup, collective order)
- **Name** of the customer. A speech bubble below it shows there's a note.
- **Pharmacy / address:** the location with a coloured dot, the job number and the delivery address
- **Time window:** when the delivery should take place
- **Status:** click it to change it directly

If a row is **yellow**, the order has an address conflict. → What is an address conflict?

Click a row to open the order's details.

## Select several orders

When you tick an order on the left, a bar appears at the bottom. There you can plan the selected orders straight into a tour with **Plan tour**. From two orders upwards you can also combine them into a **Collective order**. Under **Select action** you'll find:

- **Mark as packed**
- **Add orders to a tour**
- **Add to collective order**
- **Bulk edit**
- **Print**
- **Delete**

## Edit several orders at once (bulk editing)

With bulk editing you change the same details on many orders in one step – e.g. when several orders are moved to another day or all need to be delivered refrigerated.

1. In the order overview, tick all the orders you want to change on the left.
2. At the bottom, click **Select action → Bulk edit**.
3. **Bulk edit orders** opens on the right. At the top you see how many orders are selected; the arrow expands the list.
4. Change the details you want and click **Save**.

You can change these details together:

- **Priority**, **Narcotics** and **Prescription-only** (toggles)
- **Refrigeration:** None, Refrigerated 2–8 °C or Frozen −18 °C or colder
- **Delivery date**
- **Delivery time window** – including several via **Add time window**

|| Note: The changes apply to all selected orders. Before saving, use the list at the top to check that the right orders are selected.
