# How do I edit several orders at once?

Want to set refrigeration for ten orders, or move all deliveries to a care home to a new time window? With **bulk editing** you change several orders in one step instead of opening each one individually.
## Select orders

1. Open **Tour planning**.
2. In the order list, tick each order you want to edit. The tick box in the header selects all orders in the current view.
3. A bar with **Select action**, **Collective order** and **Plan tour** appears at the bottom.

## Select action
Under **Select action** you'll find all the actions you can carry out for the selected orders:
* **Mark as packed**
* **Add orders to a tour**
* **Add to collective order**
* **Bulk edit**
* **Print**
* **Delete**
## Use bulk editing
1. Choose **Select action** → **Bulk edit**.
2. At the top you see how many orders you're editing. Click it to see the list.
3. Change the fields you want: **Priority**, **Narcotics**, **Refrigeration**, **Delivery date** and **Delivery time window** (including several).
4. Click **Save** and confirm the prompt.

**Good to know:** Fields you leave empty or don't touch stay unchanged for all orders. This lets you, for example, change only the refrigeration without overwriting time windows or the delivery date.
