# Finishing a tour and summary

When all stops are done, you finish the tour. Afterwards you immediately see how it went and how much money you collected.

## Finish the tour

1. After the last customer you land in the tour overview. Tap **Finish tour** at the bottom.
2. Confirm the question "Really finish the tour?" with **Yes, finish**. This can't be undone.

|| Note: If your pharmacy has switched on "Enforce complete tour processing", you can only finish the tour once every stop has been delivered or reported as undeliverable.

## The tour summary

The summary appears automatically. You can find it later under **Tours** by tapping a completed tour.

- **Deliveries completed**, **Failed**, **Success rate** and **Duration**
- **Cash report:** how much you collected in cash and by card, and the **cash balance**. **By pharmacy** shows the amounts separately for each pharmacy – important if you drive for several pharmacies.
- **Details:** region, distance, planned and actual start and end time
- **Failed deliveries** with customer and reason

In the **cash report** you can expand each line to see the individual customers. **Not paid** lists all orders where no money was collected – including exempt and undelivered ones.

**Show tour progress** opens the tour with all stops and the actual times. Tap a stop there to see its status, payment and details such as the external ID.

|| Tip: Hand in the cash at the pharmacy straight away using the cash report. The pharmacy sees exactly the same figures in the tour settlement on the web.
