# How is a tour finished?

Normally your driver finishes the tour in the app when they get back. If they forgot, you finish it on the PC.

## In the driver app

When the driver is back at the pharmacy, they tap **Finish tour** at the bottom and confirm with **Yes, finish**. || Note: If **Enforce complete tour processing** is active in the settings, the driver can only finish the tour once they have processed every stop, i.e. delivered it or marked it as undeliverable. You'll find this under **Settings → General settings**.

## On the PC

1. Open **Tour planning** or **Tour overview** and switch to the **Active** tab.
2. Click the **ⓘ** on the tour.
3. Click the **square icon** (finish tour) at the top right.

The tour is finished immediately and appears under **Completed**.

## Afterwards

- **Check and book out takings:** → Where can I find the takings of my tour? · How do I book out delivery orders in my till?
- **Replan undelivered orders:** → What do I do with orders that weren't delivered?
