# How do I create a report?

A report summarises your delivery service for a period as a PDF, for example for the monthly team meeting.

## Report for a period

1. Open the **Documentation**.
2. Choose the period in the **calendar field**.
3. Click **Generate report**.

apomap creates a PDF. As soon as it's ready, it appears in the **message centre** (bell at the top of the header) for download.

## What's in the report

- **Page 1:** tours driven, drivers deployed, locations involved, total takings, average distance per tour and punctuality rate
- **Further pages:** comparison of your locations (with several pharmacies) and statistics per driver

## Daily report

For a single day it's even quicker: in **Tour planning** or **Tour overview**, click the **chart icon** at the top right.
