# How do I add orders from a CSV file?

If you have lots of orders in a list, for example from Excel, import them all at once as a CSV file.

## How to import orders

1. In the **order overview** or in **Tour planning**, click the light blue **upload icon** at the top right.
2. If you have several locations, choose the **pharmacy** the orders should be assigned to.
3. Select your CSV file and click **Next**.
4. Map each column in your file to the matching field, for example "Name" or "Address".
5. Click **Import**. apomap creates all the orders.

|| Tip: The more complete the addresses in your file, the less you have to fix afterwards. Ideally include street, house number, postcode and town.

## Yellow orders after the import

If apomap can't find an address unambiguously, for example because of a typo, the order is highlighted in yellow. Correct the address before planning it into a tour. → What is an address conflict?

## Favourites via CSV

You upload favourites the same way: open **Favourites** in the menu and click the upload icon there.
