# How do I add, remove or move orders?

You can change a planned tour at any time: add orders, remove them or adjust the order of stops.

## Add orders to a tour

You have several options:

- **Drag:** Drag an order from the list on the left into the tour.
- **Select:** Tick the orders, click **Select action → Add orders to a tour** at the bottom and choose the tour.
- **Scan:** Scan the receipts in **scan mode** and then choose **Select action → Add orders to a tour**.
- **With the tour label:** Use the apomap Terminal to scan the orders and then the tour label. → How do I print labels for my bags?

New orders are initially only attached to the tour. You can recognise them by the red number, for example "+2". To get them into the route, re-optimise the tour or move them to the right place by hand. → Prepared or ready: when do I need to re-optimise?

## Remove an order from a tour

Expand the tour and click the **Remove order** icon next to the order (between ⓘ and the three dots). The order isn't deleted but goes back to the open orders.

## Change the order of stops

1. Expand the tour.
2. Grab the stop by the **six dots** on the left.
3. Drag it to the place you want and let go. The new order is saved.

## During the tour, too

All of this also works for an **active tour** that your driver has already started. If a customer orders another medicine, simply attach the order to the running tour and re-optimise it. Your driver immediately gets a notification on the apomap Terminal or in the driver app on their smartphone.

|| Tip: Moving and removing by hand doesn't use any optimisations. If you re-optimise the tour afterwards, though, apomap calculates the order again itself. → How are optimisations counted?
