# How do I add an integration?

You set up an integration once per pharmacy. The process in apomap is the same for all systems; only the part in your pharmacy management system differs.

## In apomap

1. In the menu on the left, click **Settings** and then **Integrations**.
2. Select the **pharmacy** at the top.
3. In the relevant section, click **Add**: **Pharmacy management system**, **Online ordering platform** or **apomap API**.
4. Choose your system and give the integration a name – ideally the name of the pharmacy.
5. Click **Create integration**.

## In your pharmacy management system

Depending on the system, there are two ways:

| Method | For | How it works |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **apomap Connector** | ADG A3000, ADG S3000, Awinta Prokas, Pharmagest / ADV | You install the Connector on the pharmacy server. It shows you an **adoption code**, which you enter in apomap. |
| **Token** | ADG bidirectional, aposoft, DEOS, cannaflow | After you create the integration, apomap shows you a **token** and an **ID**. You enter both in your pharmacy management system or platform. |

|| Note: apomap only shows a token once. Keep the window open until you've entered it. If you've lost it, request a new one via the arrow icon.

## Edit or remove an integration

Next to each integration you'll find the **copy icon** (copy ID), the **pencil** for editing and the **bin** for deleting. **Refresh** at the top reloads the list.
