# Pickup orders (returns from the customer)

With a pickup order, you collect something from the customer and bring it to the pharmacy – e.g. a prescription or a return.

1. **Pick up from the customer:** Open the stop and tap **Pick up** (or **Pick up all**).
2. **Drop off at the pharmacy:** The drop-off stop only appears after the pickup. A signature is optional here. If the pharmacy requires a photo, the app asks you for one.

If the customer isn't home, report the pickup as failed – just like a delivery (→ Customer not home? Reporting a delivery as undeliverable).

|| Note: In the tour, "Pickup" is also the name of the stop where you collect parcels at the pharmacy. Check the address: pharmacy = collecting, customer = pickup order.
