# Collective orders in the app

A collective order combines several orders for the same address, e.g. for a care home. You can recognise it by the expandable section with the group's name and a progress bar (e.g. "2/5 orders"). If money is still outstanding, the total amount is shown next to it in green.

- **Deliver everything at once:** Tap **Deliver**. You collect the total amount once, get one signature and take a photo if needed.
- **Deliver individually:** Expand the group and deliver each order separately, with its own signature and payment – e.g. if every resident in the care home signs for themselves.

|| Note: If you've already delivered one order of the group individually, you can only deliver the rest individually too.
