# Setting up drivers – vehicles, colour and address

For each driver you specify what they travel with, which colour they appear in on the map and where they live.

1. Open **Staff & drivers** and switch to the **Drivers** tab.
2. Click the **menu icon → Edit** next to the driver.
3. In the **Details** tab you'll find **Colour** and **Address**; in the **Permissions** tab the **Vehicles** and locations.

- **Vehicles:** bicycle, car or on foot, including several. Tour planning takes the vehicle into account: for bicycle couriers the **max. bicycle distance** from the basic parameters applies; for **on foot** apomap plans real walking routes.
- **Colour:** The driver appears in this colour in tour planning and on the map, so you can see at a glance who's driving which tour.
- **Address:** the driver's home address. You can use it as the **start and/or end** of a tour: in tour planning a **house icon** appears next to the driver. Tap it and the tour starts or ends at their home address instead of the pharmacy.
