# What does Analytics show me?

Analytics shows you how well your delivery service is running: how many orders were successful, how long your tours take and how this is changing.

Open it via **Analytics** in the menu on the left.

## Period and comparison

At the top right you choose the **period** – by default the last 7 days. Next to it you specify what to compare with, for example the **previous period**. **Select pharmacy** shows only one location's figures.

## The key figures

| Key figure | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| **Orders created** | all orders in the period, split into deliveries and pickups |
| **Successful orders** | delivered or picked-up orders |
| **Rejected orders** | orders that couldn't be delivered |
| **Success rate** | share of successful orders |
| **Number of tours** | tours driven |
| **Tour distance** | kilometres per tour |
| **Tour duration** | duration per tour |

Below each key figure you see how it has changed compared with the comparison period. Click a key figure to see its trend in the chart below.

## The tabs

- **Overview:** delivery trend, deliveries per pharmacy, success rate, tour distance, tour duration and completed tours per day
- **Drivers:** figures per driver
- **Pharmacies:** figures per location
- **Heatmap:** where you deliver most often
