# How do I plan tours on the map?

On the map you can see where your orders are. With the lasso tool you mark an area and plan all the orders in it into a tour with one click.

## Open the map

In **Tour planning**, click **Show map** at the bottom right. **Hide map** closes it again.

- **Move:** Hold down the mouse button and drag
- **Zoom:** Mouse wheel
- **Orders:** If many orders are close together, the map combines them into a number. Zoom in to see them individually. Click an order to see its status, job number, recipient, pharmacy, address and time window, and plan it directly with **Add to tour**.
- **Tours:** When you expand a tour on the right, the map shows its route as a coloured line. You can show several tours at once.

The map always shows the orders visible in the list on the left. If you filter the list, for example by pharmacy, or switch tabs, for example from Open to Packed, the map changes too.

## Plan tours with the lasso

1. Click the **cog** at the top right of the map and activate the **lasso tool**.
2. Click point by point around the area on the map. Close the area by clicking the first point again.
3. All orders in the area are automatically selected on the left.
4. Click **Plan tour**. → How do I plan a tour?

You can move a marked area with the mouse. The **bin** at the bottom deletes it so you can draw a new one.

|| Tip: The lasso is ideal if you split tours by region, for example one driver covers the north and one the south. With the **Selected only** option in the cog menu, the map only shows the orders you've currently selected.
