# How do I find past orders and tours?

In the documentation you'll find every past order and tour, with proof of delivery, notes and temperature data.

Open it via **Documentation** in the menu on the left.

## Orders or tours

At the top you choose whether you want to see **Orders** or **Tours**. Next to it you set the period via the **calendar field**.

## Search and filter orders

- **Search:** name, address or job number
- **Filters:** order type, pharmacy, tags, refrigeration level, priority, payment method and driver
- **Tick boxes:** show archived, narcotics, prescription-only, with photo, with internal notes, with driver notes, with notes, with amount due, and temperature monitoring task

In the list you see the pharmacy, address, driver, delivery time, notes and status for each order. The **ⓘ** opens all details, for example signature and photo. → How do I see all the details of my order?

## Search tours

In the **Tours** tab you filter by **driver** or only tours with temperature tracking. You see the date, start, end, driver, status and how many deliveries were successful, for example "2 / 3". One click opens the tour detail view with settlement and temperature.

**Reset** clears all filters at once.
