# How do I create and manage recurring tours?

apomap creates tours you drive every week automatically for you, for example your doctors' tour on Monday and Thursday.

You'll find them in the menu on the left under **Recurring tours**. There you see all tours with driver, weekdays, start time, start and end point and how many orders already belong to them. At the top you can filter by name or weekday.

## Create a new recurring tour

1. Click **Create new tour** at the top right.
2. Fill in the fields:
   - **Name**, for example "Doctors' tour", and **start time**
   - **Driver** (optional). If the field is left empty, you choose the driver before optimising.
   - **Start point** and **end point**
   - **Central delivery** (only with several locations) → What does central delivery service mean?
   - **Weekdays** on which apomap should create the tour
   - **Vehicle**
3. Click **Add favourites** and choose the addresses that should be included every time. Without favourites, an empty tour is created.
4. Click **Create recurring tour**.

From now on the tour automatically appears in tour planning on the chosen days.

## Change a tour: just today or permanently?

- **For one day only:** Change the tour like any other in **Tour planning**, for example change the driver or add orders. The template stays as it is.
- **For all future tours:** Under **Recurring tours**, click the tour's **pencil icon**.

The **arrow** expands a tour so you can see its favourites. The **bin** deletes it.
