# Managing tags

With tags you mark orders, e.g. "Refrigerated" or "Narcotics", so that your team and drivers recognise them immediately.

Under **Settings → Administration & management → Tags** you see two kinds of tags:

- **Global tags** are predefined, e.g. "Care home", "Doctor's practice" or "Call ahead". Some of them are assigned automatically by your pharmacy management system.
- **Your own tags** you create per pharmacy, e.g. "Beware of the dog" or "Ring twice".

How to create your own tag:

1. Click **Create tag**.
2. Enter a **name**.
3. Choose the **pharmacies** the tag should apply to. Multiple selection is possible.
4. Choose a **colour** and an **icon**.
5. Click **Create**.

You then assign the tag directly on the order or the favourite. Whether tags appear on the label is set under **Label contents**.
