# Navigating to the customer

You start navigation for each stop directly from the app.

1. Tap the stop in the tour. You see the customer's name, address, time window and the planned arrival.
2. Tap **Navigation**.
3. Choose **In-app navigation** or **Navigate with Google Maps**. On the iPhone you can also choose **Navigate with Apple Maps**.

## In-app navigation

- **Left:** remaining minutes and kilometres
- **Right:** **arrow view** (map in driving direction), **sound** for voice guidance on/off, **X** ends the navigation
- **Bottom:** the customer with the three buttons **Deliver**, **Alternative delivery** (person icon) and **Undeliverable** (warning triangle)

This lets you complete the delivery directly from the navigation without going back to the tour.

|| Note: Navigation needs GPS. If it says "Waiting for GPS location…" at the top, check that the app is allowed to use your location. → Sharing GPS (with the pharmacy)
