# App settings for drivers

With the app settings you specify which steps your drivers must complete in the apomap app.

## Where to find the settings

**Settings → App settings → General settings.** You switch each option on or off with a toggle.

| Setting | What happens when it's active |
| --- | --- |
| Enforce pickup scan | The driver must scan every parcel when collecting it at the pharmacy. |
| Enforce delivery order | The driver must work through the stops in the planned order. |
| Enforce complete tour processing | The tour can only be completed once every stop has been processed. |
| Enforce scan for deliveries | The driver must scan the parcel at the handover. |
| Enforce proof of delivery | A proof of delivery (photo) is mandatory. |
| Enforce signature | A signature is mandatory for every delivery. |
| Skip packed status | Orders don't have to be set to "Packed" first. |
| Signature required for narcotics (BTM) orders | Signature mandatory only for orders containing narcotics. |
| Signature required for Rx orders | Signature mandatory only for prescription-only (Rx) orders. |

|| Tip: If you only want to require a signature for narcotics or Rx, leave "Enforce signature" off and only activate the narcotics or Rx option.

|| Note: "Enforce pickup scan" is active by default and important for your drivers: it shows immediately if a parcel is missing or an order hasn't been set to "Packed".

## Settings per pharmacy

Under **Scanning & checks** for an individual pharmacy you'll also find:

- **Enforce scanning on pickup** for this location
- **Failed deliveries require approval:** Undelivered orders go straight to **Clarification** instead of automatically going back into planning.
