# How do I see all the details of my order?

Every order has a short overview and a detailed view with proof of delivery and history.

## The short overview

In the **order overview**, click an order. A panel with the most important details opens on the right: **Basic data**, **Address**, **Contact**, **Order** and **Other**, for example when and by whom the order was created.

At the top of the panel you'll find these icons:

- **ⓘ (Info):** Opens the detailed view.
- **Thermometer:** Attaches a temperature tracker to the order. You'll find the same icon on every tour to attach a tracker to the whole tour.
- **Printer:** Print a label for the order
- **Pencil:** Edit the order
- **Bin:** Delete the order

## The detailed view

Click **ⓘ** in the panel. A separate page for the order opens.

At the very top you see at a glance:

- **Status, pharmacy, tour and driver**
- **Delivery time:** when the order was delivered
- **Proof:** whether there's a signature and a photo
- **Recipient:** whether the customer or someone else accepted the delivery
- **Driver note:** a note your driver left for the pharmacy during the delivery. Click **Show** to jump to it.
- **History:** click **Show** to jump to the order's history.

Below that come all the other details:

- **Recipient & contact:** name, phone, email and delivery address. If someone else accepted the delivery, it says who and where.
- **Delivery details:** payment method and payment status, priority, narcotics (BTM), Rx, refrigeration level, parcel count, amount, planned and actual delivery time, time window, how often the customer wasn't home, your internal note and the **note to driver**
- **System & creation:** when and by whom the order was created
- **Driver note:** your driver's note to the pharmacy
- **Proof of delivery** and **Signature** → Where can I see the signature and photo of a delivery?
- **Temperature:** the readings from the temperature tracker
- **Order history:** every change to the order with time and person, for example a failed delivery attempt, a moved delivery date or the delivery

At the top right you can print or download the detail view, or edit or delete the order. So here the printer icon prints the whole detail view, not the label. **Back** takes you back to the order overview.
