# Viewing and starting a tour

Before you set off, the tour shows you all stops in the planned order.

1. Tap your tour on the home screen or under **Tours**.
2. At the top you see the progress (e.g. "0/5"), the number of deliveries, the planned duration and the distance.
3. Switch the view with **List** and **Map**.
4. Tap **Start tour** at the bottom.

## The stops of a tour

| Stop | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| **Start** | This is where the tour begins, usually your pharmacy. |
| **Pickup** | This is where you collect parcels – on some tours at several pharmacies. |
| **Delivery** | A customer. The number on the left is the order of stops. As long as the parcel isn't in the car yet, it says "Not yet collected". |
| **Destination** | This is where the tour ends. |

The planned arrival time for each stop is shown on the right.

|| Note: As long as the tour hasn't started, it says "Tour not yet started" at the top and the stops can't be opened yet.

## Map view

The **map** shows the whole route with numbered stops. The arrow icon at the top right enlarges the map.

## What happens when you start?

As soon as you tap **Start tour**, the app opens the first **pickup stop** – you can start collecting right away (→ Collecting and loading orders).

During the tour, the list shows the planned time for each stop and, with a green tick, the actual time. Completed customers are crossed out, failed ones marked red. The progress bar at the top fills up, e.g. "4/5".
