# How do I search and filter orders?

The quickest way to find a specific order is the search. If you want to see a group of orders, for example all narcotics orders or all in clarification, use the filter.

## The search in the header

The search at the very top finds everything in apomap – whichever view you're in. It also searches past days, so it's ideal when a customer calls and asks where their delivery is.

1. Click in the **Search** field in the header.
2. Enter, for example, the job number, the name or the address.
3. On the left you can narrow down the results: **All categories**, **Orders**, **Pickup**, **Collective orders**, **Collective pickups**, **Tours**, **Recurring tours**, **Staff** or **Favourites**.
4. Click a result to open it.

For each order you see the status, date, outstanding amount and time window straight away.

|| Tip: If you're looking for a deleted order, activate **Archived orders** at the bottom left.

## The search in the order overview

In the **order overview** there's a separate search field above the list. It searches the orders in the open tab by **name**, **address** or **job number**. If you're looking for an order regardless of its status, switch to the **All** tab first.

Next to it you choose the **pharmacy** and the **sort order**, for example "Newest".

## Filter orders

1. In the order overview, click the **filter icon** to the right of the sort order.
2. Click **Advanced**. A panel with all filters opens.
3. Choose the filters you need and click **Apply**.

Active filters are shown as chips below the search field. The number on the filter icon shows how many filters are currently active. **Reset** removes them all at once.
