# How do I edit a tour?

Driver off sick, tour needs to start later, or you need it on paper? Here's how to adjust a planned tour.

## Change the driver

In the tour card, click the **driver's name** and choose someone else. The tour immediately appears for the new driver in the driver app. This works as long as the tour hasn't started yet.

## Change the date or time

1. Open the tour via the **ⓘ**.
2. Click the **clock icon** (move tour) at the top right.
3. Choose the new date, the new time or both.
4. Click **Move**.

This lets you, for example, postpone a tour at short notice or move it to the next day.

## More actions in the tour detail view

At the top right of the tour detail view you'll find all actions at a glance:

| Icon | Action |
| --- | --- |
| **Play** | Start the tour, for example on behalf of your driver |
| **Clock** | Move the tour |
| **Arrow circle** | Re-optimise the tour (grey if it's already optimised) |
| **Pencil** | Change the tour's name and driver |
| **Printer** | Print the tour list as a PDF |
| **Label** | Print the tour label |

## Delete a tour

In the tour card, click the **bin** and confirm. The tour is dissolved: the orders aren't gone but go back to **Open** or **Packed**, and you can plan them again.
