# How do I prove the cold chain?

apomap stores all readings of a tour permanently. That way you can prove at any time that the cold chain was maintained.

## View a tour's readings

1. Open the tour via the **ⓘ**. You'll find past tours in the **Documentation**.
2. Click the **Temperature** tab.
3. On the left you see the tour's trackers, on the right the history. Above the chart, choose what you want to see: **Temperature**, **Humidity**, **Light** or **Vibration**.

The history starts half an hour before the tour starts and ends half an hour after it ends.

## Tracker report

**Tracker report** creates a report on the readings, for example for an inspection by the pharmacy authority. **Refresh** loads the latest values.

## For a single order

The detail view of an order also has a **Temperature** section. There you see the readings of the tracker that was attached to this order or its tour. → How do I see all the details of my order? (Orders category)
