# Where can I find the takings of my tour?

The tour settlement shows how much your driver collected, in cash and by card, broken down by pharmacy and order.

## How to open the settlement

1. Open the tour via the **ⓘ**, for example in the **Tour overview** under **Completed**. You'll find older tours in the **Documentation**.
2. Click the **Settlement** tab.

## What you see

The overview is divided by **pharmacy**. For each pharmacy you see:

- **Number** of orders
- **Outstanding amount:** what should have been collected
- **Cash** and **Card:** what was actually collected
- **Collected:** the total

The **arrow** on the right expands a pharmacy so you can see each order individually with job number, name, amount and a **barcode**. At the very top of the tour detail view, the total amount is also shown under **Collected**.

If your driver left a note about the payment in the app, for example "Customer will pay tomorrow", you'll see it here too.

## Settlement as PDF

The **download icon** next to a pharmacy downloads its settlement as a PDF. It contains all orders with barcodes – ideal for booking out in the till. → How do I book out delivery orders in my till?
