ADG A3000 bidirectional integration

With the bidirectional integration, your ADG till and apomap work together in both directions: delivery orders come straight from the till into apomap, the delivery status appears in the ADG history, and in the tour settlement you book cash and card payments into ADG with one click.

Requirements:

  • ADG A3000 with the new till interface (Kassen-App)
  • ADG KassenApp version 1.175.0 or later
  • Access to the settings in apomap

Setup only takes a few minutes. You first create the integration in apomap and then enter the access details in ADG.

1. Create the integration in apomap

  1. In apomap, open Settings and select Global at the top.
  2. On the left under "Pharmacy management system & platforms", click Integrations.
  3. At the top, select the pharmacy you want to set up the integration for.
  4. In the Pharmacy management system section, click + Add and choose ADG A3000 (bidirectional).

  1. Give the integration a name, e.g. "ADG till" and the name of your pharmacy.
  2. Click Create integration.

2. Copy the interface ID and token

apomap now shows you the Interface ID and the Token. Use the copy icon to the right of each field to copy the value with one click – no need to type it.

⚠️ Important: The token is only shown once. Keep the window open until you've entered both values in ADG (step 3).

Tip: You can get the Interface ID again at any time from the list via the copy icon (Copy ID). If you no longer have the token, simply create a new one via Request new token (arrow icon) and enter it in ADG.

3. Enter the access details in ADG

  1. In the ADG Kassen-App, open the ADG menu at the top left and go to ADG - Module → Verwaltung → Parameter.
  2. In the parameter tree, open System → Botendienst → Externer Botendienst.
  3. Select Bidirektionale Botendienstschnittstelle (Nur für Kassen-App).
  4. Under "Anmeldedaten" (login details), paste the Interface ID and the Token from apomap (Ctrl + V).
  5. Click Übernehmen (apply) and then OK. Under "Gültig bis" (valid until) you then see how long the token is valid.

Note: You may need administrator rights for the parameters in ADG. Your ADG customer service can help you with this.

4. Remove the old integration

If you previously used the old ADG A3000 integration with the apomap Connector, you no longer need either once the new bidirectional integration is set up and orders are arriving. Then remove the old integration and uninstall the Connector:

  1. In apomap, go to Settings → Global → Integrations.
  2. In the Pharmacy management system section, find the old entry of type ADG A3000 (without "bidirectional").
  3. Click the bin icon and confirm the deletion.
  4. Then uninstall the apomap Connector on your pharmacy's server, e.g. via Windows Settings → Apps → Installed apps (or Control Panel → Programs and Features). You may need administrator rights for this – your ADG customer service can help.

⚠️ Only remove the old integration and the Connector once the new one is set up – otherwise no orders from ADG will reach you in the meantime.

5. Working with the integration

  • Order from the till: When completing the transaction, choose the Botendienst (delivery) tab and check the customer, delivery address and delivery time – the order arrives in apomap automatically.
  • Back to the till: In the order in apomap, Show in ADG takes you straight to the transaction in ADG.
  • Status in ADG: The delivery status from apomap appears in the ADG history.
  • Tour settlement: Open a completed tour, switch to Settlement and click Book cash in ADG or Book card in ADG. The payments are booked into ADG together.
