What does "Skip packed status" do?

This setting is important for your drivers and is switched on by default. It's best to leave it that way.

You'll find it under Settings → General settings → Skip packed status.

When it's on, your driver can deliver an order even if nobody set it to Packed beforehand. In everyday work this happens easily: the bag is packed and in the car, but the click on "Packed" was forgotten. Without this setting, your driver would get stuck at this point.

Note: You still use the "Packed" status, for example in pack mode and for automations with Only when packed. The setting just makes sure that a forgotten click doesn't hold up the tour.
