How do I use pack mode?
In pack mode you scan each receipt while packing, check the order and set it to "Packed" with one click. This prevents packing errors and shows you straight away which tour the bag belongs to.
How to pack with pack mode
- In the menu on the left, click Pack mode. "Pack mode ready" appears.
- Scan the delivery receipt from your pharmacy management system or the apomap label. The matching order opens immediately.
- Check the name, job number, address, outstanding amount and notes against the goods in front of you.
- Set the status with one of the buttons at the bottom.
- Scan the next receipt. Pack mode moves on automatically.
The buttons at the bottom
- Mark as packed: The goods are fully packed and can go on the tour. If the order is already in a tour, the button is called Mark as packed in tour.
- Mark as clarification: Something isn't right, for example an item is missing or the address is unclear.
- Mark as collected: The customer collected the goods from the pharmacy themselves after all. The delivery is cancelled.
Tour information on the right
If the order is already in a tour, on the right you see the tour's name, the driver, the start time and the position in the tour, for example "1 / 4". That way you know immediately which box the bag belongs in and in which place. Your driver will then find the parcels in the right order on the road.
If the order isn't in a tour yet, it says "No tour information".
