What do the temperature alarms mean?

If a tracker measures a value outside its target range, apomap raises an alarm – in the pharmacy and for the driver.

Where you see the alarm

  • In apomap: A message appears at the top right. You'll also find all alarms and all-clears in the message centre (bell at the top of the header).
  • In the driver app: A red thermometer appears at the top right with the number of active alarms. When your driver taps it, they see which tracker has exceeded which limit.

What you should do

  1. Check which tracker is affected and which value is too high or too low.
  2. Contact your driver, for example via the chat, and ask them to check the cool box.
  3. Decide whether the goods may still be delivered.

When the value is back in the target range, the alarm disappears automatically and apomap reports an all-clear.

Tip: You set the limits per tracker. Adjust them to what you're transporting, for example 2–8 °C for refrigerated goods. → Where can I see all my trackers?
